Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

LVNs specialize in day-to-day care while you recover at home. They monitor vital signs, assist with medications, set up pill organizers, collect specimens for lab tests, and provide general support tailored to your needs.

Physical Therapists (PTs):

Janus physical therapists visit your home to help you regain maximum physical ability following an illness or injury. They design personalized, safe, and effective exercise programs tailored to your recovery goals.

Occupational Therapists (OTs):

Our OTs focus on enhancing your independence, even with strength or mobility limitations. They develop therapeutic exercise plans, including specialized rehabilitation for complex areas like hands, and suggest adaptive equipment or home modifications to improve your quality of life.

Speech Therapists (STs):

Speech therapists address challenges with speech, feeding, chewing, and swallowing, often after strokes or other injuries. They also offer cognitive exercises to restore memory and strengthen the mind-speech connection.

Medical Social Workers (MSWs):

MSWs assist with accessing community resources and resolving legal, health, or financial concerns. They can also help organize essential documentation, such as medical power of attorney.

Home Health Aides (HHAs):

HHAs provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, laundry, changing linens, and other tasks patients may temporarily be unable to manage on their own.
